Obv: Features the classic portrait of Mohammed Ali Jinnah (Quaid-e-Azam) on the right. A prominent overprint or inscription in English and Urdu reads: "FOR HAJ PILGRIMS FROM PAKISTAN FOR USE IN SAUDI ARABIA ONLY." The Urdu text usually states "Hajiyon ke liye khusoosi note" (Special note for pilgrims).
Rev: Depicts the archaeological ruins of Mohenjo-daro, the ancient Indus Valley Civilization site in Sindh. The central picture showcases the famous Great Bath and the stupa structure. The denomination 10 is visible in the corners, with the issuing authority "State Bank of Pakistan" at the top.
